Autodesk has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Payapps for global payment and compliance management.

The alliance will align Autodesk Construction Cloud solutions with Payapps’ global construction payment management solutions in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Ireland, and with GCPay in North America.

The alliance will enable both companies to offer their customers real-time accounting and faster payment cycles during the construction process.
