Representatives from Estonia, Finland, and Sweden, at the Latitude59 tech event in Tallinn, emphasized the need for the Nordic countries to look beyond their borders for opportunities in deep tech research and business.

They shared a common goal of attracting deep tech research and businesses to the region to compete with major markets in America, Asia, and Europe.

However, the lack of qualified labor with highly specialized skills in the sector is a significant barrier to success.
