Hexagon, a global leader in digital reality solutions, has announced the acquisition of Itus Digital, a Virginia-based provider of asset performance management software.

The acquisition is expected to generate revenues of around 1 MEUR in 2024, with a profitability level initially below that of Hexagon.

Itus Digital’s SaaS-based solutions aim to optimize the performance of industrial assets, complementing Hexagon’s HxGN EAM platform and other products.
