The Indian National Space Promotion and Authorisation Centre (IN- SPACe) has released guidelines for implementing the Indian Space Policy 2023.

The guidelines state that non-Indian entities wishing to conduct space activities in India can apply for authorisation through an Indian entity, such as a subsidiary, joint venture, or other recognized collaboration arrangement.

However, only Indian entities can apply for authorisation from IN- SPACe, and the guidelines detail various space-related activities that require authorisation.
