The Indian Space and Research Organisation (ISRO) plans to build national capabilities for human presence in space, including the creation of an astronaut pool, and plans to place a basic R&D enabled Robotic Space Station Capsule in orbit by 2028.

The Indian Space and research Organisation plans to collaborate with major space agencies such as NASA, Roscosmos, CNSA, and ESA.

The Prime Minister of India has also outlined India’s future space exploration endeavors, with the Indian Space Station expected to be launched by 2035.
