Lytx has launched its new Weather Hazard Alerts, which overlay NOAA weather warnings onto fleet maps and allow fleet managers to set alerts based on specific geographic, timeframe, and weather criteria.

The AI-powered geospatial technology was developed within Lytx Lab and is available to all clients as a project within the Lytx Lab tab in their accounts.

A separate component, Driver Alerts, is also in testing phases with select clients, in which a driver is directly notified via in-cab audio about weather alerts as they approach a hazardous area.
