Poliark, a New York-based technology company, has launched its first subscription-based product, Kend, a conversational AI assistant designed for architects and engineers.

The AI uses generated AI to transform written prompts into 3D models and blueprints, allowing the architect to modify the design based on its feedback.

The product is particularly beneficial for smaller and mid-sized design firms, as the architect can modify the design based upon the AI’s feedback.
