Scanifly, a solar software company, has announced the integration of various remote data sources into its new preliminary design solution, Scanifly Prelim.

The new product offers contractors a budget-conscious remote design solution, with the ability to create a PV layout, production estimate, and shading analysis within minutes.

The integration of Nearmap, satellite imagery providers, and LIDAR data, as well as the United States Geological Survey’s publicly available LIDAR data, aims to enhance the quality of preliminary designs and consolidate design solutions onto one platform.
