Spirent’s GPS journey began in the early 1980s on a rooftop, with engineers attempting to acquire new GPS signals.

This led to the creation of Spirent’s positioning division, which partners with customers to accelerate the deployment of robust PNT technology.

The company has also developed Leo AltNav simulators for both the military and commercial sectors, integrating with its extensive testbed for GPS, threat simulation, inertial navigation systems, and additional complementary PNT.
