Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced the four astronauts selected for the country’s human space flight mission, Gaganyaan, at an event at the Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre in Thiruvananthapuram.

The astronauts, who have been trained in technical knowledge and physical fitness, are part of the country’s efforts to elevate the space sector in India.

The mission is expected to take the space sector to new heights, with the Prime Minister stating that these four individuals will fulfill the aspirations of 140 crore Indians.
