NUVIEW has announced plans to build the first commercial lidar satellite constellation, aiming to map the entire Earth’s land surface in 3D annually.

This technology is crucial for industries such as autonomous vehicles, surveying, construction, agriculture, urban planning, environmental science, and mining.

The company’s founder, Graumann, has been involved in the geospatial and Earth observation sector since 2009, and has since started a consulting company to assist small tech companies in Earth observation.
