The Supply Chain Data Partnership (SCDP), a partnership of which the Ordnance Survey is a founding member, has reached a significant project milestone in its efforts to ensure transparency in global supply chains.

The partnership has completed a proof of concept for a trusted location insights platform, a global location register, which will enable the monitoring and verification of environmentally and socially sustainable practices at every stage in a supply chain.

The partnership is now seeking businesses interested in verifying its supply chains, particularly at COP28, where global sustainability and supply chains will be a key topic.
