TCantara Marine, a global provider of hydrospatial products and services, is set to conduct a week-long coastal bathymetric mapping workshop for hydrographic surveyors in Jamaica, hosted by the Jamaica National Land Agency and funded by The Nippon Foundation-GEBCO Seabed 2030 project.

The workshop will teach participants about satellite-derived bathymetry (SDB) technology and the TCantara Trident Geoprocessing Toolkit.

The data created in the workshops will be included in the Seabed 2030 global database and used in Jamaica’s coastal management projects.
