TIE and Dott have announced a preliminary agreement to form Europe’s leading micro-mobility operator.

The joint entity will continue to operate under the TIE and DotT brands, aiming to provide a safe and reliable service to riders and cities.

The Berlin-based company will benefit from the experience of the founders and leadership from both companies, including Lawrence Leustner, Henri MoissiNAC, Maxim Romain, and Alex Gayer.
