T tier IV has been selected for a project aimed at deploying robotaxis for transportation and autonomous trucks for logistics.

The company is working on several initiatives to prepare for the mass production of robotaxi vehicles and the nationwide deployment of robotaxi services.

In May 2024, T tier IV plans to launch the robotaxi business in Tokyo, with the development of autonomous trucks based on vehicles from Isuzu and Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus, and proof of concept tests on Shin-Tomei Expressway.
