Germany’s Federal Agency for Cartography and Geodynamics (BKG) has signed a new agreement with EuroGeographics to manage the production of pan-European datasets.

The datasets are created using national geospatial information from EuroGeographics members and include three open datasets, a database of administrative boundaries, and 1:250,000 topographic data.

BKG is responsible for the technical, quality and documentation for five datasets, including the EuroBoundaryMap and the OME pan-European Imaging service.
